Job summary

Banana Tree is looking for a kitchen professional to join our vibrant team. You will help organise and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, demanding environment, while supporting fellow team members and ensuring consistent presentation.

We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This role is based in our kitchen with opportunities to grow through development programs and flexible contract options.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across sections in a busy kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification.
• Assist and guide junior kitchen staff and porters as needed.
• Ensure sections are prepped and organised for service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

What You’ll Do as a Chef:

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service acrossone or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to producedelicious dishes to specification.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants and porters
• Ensuring your section is prepped and organisedfor service
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, ensuring thehighest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
