Job summary

Banana Tree Windsor is seeking a Chef to join our vibrant kitchen and bring Southeast Asian flavours to the table. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality dishes with energy and enthusiasm, helping shop-floor colleagues when needed.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining food safety, and contributing to a welcoming dining experience for guests. The role offers opportunities for growth within our brand and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification.
• Support and guide junior staff and porters.
• Ensure your section is prepped and organised for service.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen with high cleanliness standards.

What You’ll Do as a Chef:

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
