Overview

Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all core menu items in an efficient and consistent manner and developing delicious specials to excite and delight our guests. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. Other businesses may call this role Prep Cook, Line Cook, Commis Chef / Chef de Partie. Responsibilities
  • Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Facilitating special requests from guests if received.
  • Managing wastage through correct product measurement.
  • Ensuring you are working towards all kitchen SOPs at all times.
  • Setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.
  • Beyond that, represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
