Join Our Team as a Line Chef at The Dragonfly Hotel

We are seeking a talented and motivated Line Chef to become part of our team at The Dragonfly Hotel in Bury St Edmunds.

Located just minutes from the historic town centre, enjoy easy access to shopping, parks, and festivals in the area!

As a Line Chef in our small kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our customers. We prefer candidates with experience in hotel or pub environments.

We are looking for a Chef with:

  • Ability to work well under pressure

The Line Chef role involves:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items according to specifications
  • Delivering dishes promptly
  • Following food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Organising and labelling kitchen and storage areas
  • Managing stock and minimizing wastage
