About the Role

As a Line Chef at The Wave, you will be part of a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, provides an amazing customer experience, and maintains a safe, secure & legal environment. You will support the team by working across all kitchen sections, producing menu items to a high standard each time.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the efficient running of the kitchen through smart prep, teamwork, and working at pace.
2. Possess knowledge of how to use and respect kitchen equipment.
3. Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by Chef Managers, including laundry, deep cleaning, and food production.
4. Contribute to a culture of excellent service through teamwork across all F&B departments.
5. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety to ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements.
6. Follow company policies on allergens, cross-contamination, and foreign objects to ensure a safe environment.
7. Learn basic knowledge of other departments to assist visitors with inquiries.
