We are seeking a highly skilled Lightning Protection Installation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will safeguard projects ranging from prestigious new developments to large industrial structures across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role involves outdoor work at height, installing and upgrading lightning protection and earthing systems. You will work from pre-designed schemes, using scaffolding and other platforms for safe access. Daily responsibilities include completing accurate paperwork and communicating effectively with clients and project managers on-site.
What We're Looking For:
Applicants should have proven experience in lightning protection (installation, testing, or repair) and hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 as a Lightning Conductor Engineer. A valid CSCS Card and full UK driving license are required. Certifications such as IPAF, SSSTS, and PASMA are advantageous.
The Perks:
Salary ranges from £35,000 to £49,000 depending on experience. A company vehicle with a fuel card is provided, along with a comprehensive group benefits package.
