Street Lighting Design Engineer – Connect Plus Services (M25 Project)
We have a terrific opportunity for a Street Lighting Design Engineer for our Connect Plus Services M25 London Orbital Motorway Project. This role is based at one of our main offices in Leatherhead, South Mimms or Dartford with a requirement to work across CPS depots (Leatherhead, Dartford & South Mimms) and attend site visits as needed. CPS is a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25 – the busiest motorway in Europe – delivering over £100m of annual investment alongside planned and reactive maintenance. If you’re looking to build a career in highways, the M25 offers exposure and challenge unlike any other project.
Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK’s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.
Connect Plus Services (CPS) brings together the collective strength of our parent companies – Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis Road Operation UK. With around 600 people, based at eight locations across the M25 network, we work on behalf of Connect Plus and National Highways to manage the operation of the M25 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from routine maintenance to managing the whole-life requirement of thousands of assets across the network.
