Job summary

Premier Work Support is recruiting Light Assembly Operatives for a long established manufacturing company in Medway Towns. These are temporary positions with potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

You will handle small parts and perform light mechanical assembly, with full training provided. Prior hand soldering/assembly experience is advantageous but not essential, and good communication and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand soldering or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Team player with ability to work in a factory environment.

• Work a 39-hour weekly shift pattern (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Mon–Fri, rotating).

Job description

We are currently recruiting Light Assembly Operatives for a long established manufacturing company based in Medway Towns.

These are temporary positions however there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates.

You must be able to handle small parts and carry out light mechanical assembly. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. Ideally you will have experience of hand soldering/assembly.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills, be able to follow written instructions and be a team player.

You will be working a shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday rotating each week, with a slightly early finish on a Friday, 39 hours per week.
