Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Assembly Operative for our client in Oldham. You will assemble aluminium light boxes at a bench, using drills and screwdrivers, following drawings and specifications to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates will have prior assembly experience, be comfortable with power tools, and demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a hands‑on manufacturing setting.

Assembly Operative – Oldham

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a hands‑on role involving the assembly of aluminium light boxes, working at a bench and using a variety of power tools to screw and fix metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling aluminium light boxes to specification
• Working on a bench using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers)
• Reading and following technical drawings or instructions
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly or production role
