THE ROLE
As a Lifting Operations Supervisor, you will operate across several performance venues, supporting the development and implementation of best practices for working safely at height.
Key responsibilities:
THE PERSON
You should have technical operational experience in entertainment or theatre rigging, or alternatively from the wider rigging or lifting equipment industry. A solid understanding of health and safety legislation, particularly HSWA and LOLER, is essential.
Strong communication, project management, and IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, are important for success in this role.
Having a proactive and flexible approach is key. You should be committed to maintaining high professional and safety standards, with a willingness to stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.
