Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to cover the West Midlands region and maintain a high standard of service on passenger and goods lifts.

You will manage your service route, respond to breakdowns, perform planned maintenance, and work closely with customers while travelling across the region. The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, 2 years of experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years experience in lift service/maintenance.
• Proficient fault finding, diagnosis and repair on lifts.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service route in West Midlands.
• Attend lift breakdowns and perform planned servicing and maintenance.
• Provide service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers and maximise first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
• Travel throughout the coverage area.
