Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Heathrow is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to manage a dedicated service route, respond to lift breakdowns, and perform scheduled maintenance across customer sites.

You will provide technical support, maximise first-time fix rate, and maintain a professional image while travelling across the coverage area. NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering and 2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering qualification.
• 2 years of Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer experience.
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on Passenger and Goods lifts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your lift service route in Heathrow.
• Attend lift breakdowns and perform planned servicing and maintenance.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
• Travel within the coverage area.
