Job summary

ORONA UK is seeking a Service Engineer to join our Midlands Service team. You will carry out planned maintenance and service visits on lifts and escalators, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires an NVQ 3 Lift Engineering qualification, a clean UK driving licence, and flexible hours. You will report to the Service Supervisor or Manager and work with minimal supervision to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 Lift Engineering qualification is required.
• Experience of working with lifts and lift systems is essential.
• Strong customer service skills are required to interact with clients.
• A clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Flexible working hours are available.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
• Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
• Providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/ Service Manager
• Problem solving and working on your own initiative
