Lift Service Engineer
Based: West Wales and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are a major and well-known lift company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the West Wales area.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

  1. Management of your own lift service route in the West Wales and surrounding area
  2. Overseeing a lift engineer's mate to ensure works are carried out correctly
  3. Being part of the call rota which is 1 in 4 weeks
  4. Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work
  5. Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
  6. Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first time fix rate
  7. Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site
  8. Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key Requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:
  1. NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
  2. 2 years experience within a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
  3. Relevant qualifications for the position e.g. J Modules
  4. Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either / both Passenger and Goods lifts
  5. Self-motivated, reliable and organised
  6. Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
  7. You will need to participate in a call-out rota
