Job summary

Regional Recruitment is hiring a Lift Service Engineer for an immediate start in the Midlands/ Derby area. The role offers a permanent, full‑time position with a company vehicle and a benefits package.

You will perform routine maintenance, handle emergency callouts and complete inspection documents while managing your own service route. Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering and a full UK driving licence, with proven lift service experience and strong customer‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering/ Installation/ Maintenance is essential.
• Proven lift maintenance, fault identification and routine field service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lift maintenance, emergency callouts and minor repair works.
• Efficiently manage your own service route.
• Complete compliance and inspection documents within required timeframes.
• Take part in the company nightly call‑out rota.

Qualifications

Essential:

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering/ Installation/ Maintenance
• Proven experience in a lift maintenance, fault identification and routine field service work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional customer-first attitude
• Full, valid UK Driving License

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Installation/ Maintenance
