Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Service Lift Engineer (NVQ3 or equivalent) to cover a portfolio of units in the area. The successful candidate will:

• Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits within your territory
• Respond proactively to lift breakdowns, aiming for first-time fixes
• Resolve long-standing faults, achieve zero defect insurance items, and maintain KPIs by reducing breakdowns
• Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous lift operation
• Build good relationships with customers on site

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent
• Knowledge of various equipment types such as dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulics
• Ability to apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
