We are looking for a Lift Repairs Estimator to join our Service team to cover the Glasgow area. As an experienced Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from the company's maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers' reports weekly.
  • Issuing quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units.
  • Ensuring sufficient quote volume to attain the required order intake value and profitability.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
  • Managing and guiding customer expectations regarding the company's services.
  • Supporting regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.
