Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator in Belfast is seeking a dedicated Lift Repair Engineer to repair, maintain and service client lifts across the region. You will perform safety checks, plan workloads, manage stock and advise on parts to keep equipment compliant.

You should hold an NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent, a full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills. A proactive, organised approach and strong customer care are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Repair Engineer to join our Ireland division based in Belfast, who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

As a Lift Repair Engineer, your day to day will include:

• Repairing or replacing customer lifts
• Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
• Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
• Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
• Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
• Out of hours work on a pro rata basis.

• NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
