Job summary

A lift service specialist is seeking an experienced Lift Repair Engineer to perform repairs across Dartford and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, strong mechanical and electrical system knowledge, and experience in the lift industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out lift repairs to a high standard across various sites
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete repair tasks efficiently
  • Participate in a night call rota and respond to urgent lift faults
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain site safety standards

What we re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (J-Modules) proof required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical lift systems
  • Previous experience within the lift industry
  • Reliable, proactive and safety-focused individual
