Job summary

Paragon is seeking a Lift Engineer to join our UK team. You will inspect, maintain, and repair passenger and goods lifts, diagnosing faults and carrying out scheduled and reactive service visits.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, complete service documentation, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues about work carried out and any follow-up actions. Travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency with passenger and goods lifts and related mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience in maintenance and repair activities, fault finding, routine servicing and corrective actions in a field-based role.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations with ability to conduct risk assessments on site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, manage time/priorities, use digital tools for reporting.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and travel as required.

Responsibilities
