Opportunity

Join our comprehensive Apprenticeship scheme within the lift industry. As an engineer apprentice, you'll undertake on-the-job and classroom learning to achieve an NVQ3 qualification, essential for a career as a Lift and Escalator Engineer. Training is supported by OTIS and our training partner.

Candidate Profile

We seek aspiring engineers with strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Requirements include:

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C/4 or above, including Maths, English, and a STEM subject.
• Minimum 18 years old, with a driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to complete all training requirements during the apprenticeship.

Salary Range

• Year 1: £14,000 to £15,000
• Year 2: £18,000 to £20,000
• Year 3: £26,000 to £28,000
