Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our field team covering Reading and surrounding areas. You will manage your own lift service route, respond to breakdowns, and perform servicing and maintenance to ensure optimum performance.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, 2 years in lift service/maintenance, and a full UK driving licence; travel across our coverage area is expected, with a professional on-site presence at client sites.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role

Responsibilities

• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service route inReading
