We are looking for a Luxury Lifestyle Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for the field of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

If you have a proven background in luxury hospitality and/or Lifestyle Concierge, with excellent knowledge of high-end travel products and destinations worldwide, outstanding sales and customer service skills, and are enthusiastic and self-motivated to advance your career with Ten Lifestyle Group, we want to hear from you!

You will build significant customer relationships, provide outstanding service, utilize your sales ability, and possess excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requests within deadlines, propose excellent options, and fully engage with members to maximize bookings.
  • Understand members' lifestyle needs, interests, and requirements.
  • Establish clear and detailed briefs from members.
  • Research and recommend the best options to meet or exceed lifestyle requirements.
  • Consistently go above and beyond on member requests.
  • Proactively suggest tailored lifestyle options to maximize value.
  • Act as an advisor and advocate, facilitating effective communication, including translation if needed.
  • Collaborate with the member satisfaction ambassador to resolve and own customer complaints.
  • MUST have excellent language skills in professional English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese (HSK Level 5 or 6).
  • Have 1+ years of experience in leisure-related sectors such as hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centers.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction, acting tactfully and diplomatically with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide intelligent, resourceful responses to requests with a commercial focus.
  • Have strong administrative skills, able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Be detail-oriented with a commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in booking flights, hotels, and travel reservations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GSDC systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or call centers is preferred.
  • Must be flexible to work rotational shifts between 07:00-22:00, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
  • Energetic, motivated team players who enjoy meeting targets.
  • Understanding of luxury lifestyles and affluent customers.
  • Flexibility: This is a full-time 40-hour weekly role requiring availability during specified hours.
