Position: Lifestyle Manager

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about dining and hospitality? Do you thrive in a dynamic and festive environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temp Lifestyle Manager to join our UK Dining Team for the busy festive period.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for our dining team, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Manage and execute dining reservations for clients, ensuring outstanding service and attention to detail.
  3. Provide personalized dining recommendations based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and local culinary trends.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key restaurants and culinary partners to facilitate bookings and access exclusive experiences.
  5. Handle any queries or issues related to dining reservations to ensure member satisfaction.
  6. Gather and act on feedback from members to continuously improve the dining experience offered.
  7. Conduct research to stay informed about new restaurants, trends, and culinary events to provide our members with the best options.
  8. Track and report dining-related metrics to assess satisfaction levels and overall service quality.
  9. Support cross-department teams in the ticket division with receiving requests when needed.
  10. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  11. Maintain high standards of customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

Additional requirements:

  • Have the necessary work authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom.
  • Candidate is based in London and agrees to a Hybrid contract with at least 60% in-office presence.
  • Exceptional English language skills with at least C1-C2 proficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience in catering or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with restaurants and culinary partners.
  • Passion for food and dining with knowledge of local culinary offerings.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in lifestyle management, concierge services, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of the local dining scene and culinary trends.
  • Fluency in another language is a plus.

Contract Details:

Fixed-term contract, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 GMT, for the seasonal period based on business needs.
