Lifestyle Manager - Boutique Concierge. Based near Shoreditch.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Lifestyle Manager in a boutique concierge company, making a difference.
• Work with colleagues specialising in travel, events, luxury shopping and ticketing to procure services and deliver bespoke experiences for clients.
• Collaborate with a team to manage client requests and ensure smooth delivery in line with company pace and expectations.

Qualifications

• Some Concierge/Lifestyle background within a concierge agency is needed to understand expectations and pace.
• Well presented and articulate, able to converse easily with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Charm, drive, and a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Compensation

You will have the opportunity to earn top commission (up to 50% of base salary) on top of base salary.
