Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to plan and deliver meaningful activities for residents in a care setting. This role involves engaging with staff and residents to ensure enriching experiences that enhance dignity and self-esteem. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in care homes valued.
Hourly rate: £11.58 per hour
Hours per week: 14 hours, including some weekends and evenings
Are you an enthusiastic team-player ready to join our wonderful home? Your main role will be to plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities to our residents. You will also guide, develop, and coach staff in engagement and activities, ensuring each day is filled with meaningful moments. We believe everyone should help residents live well and enjoy life, enhancing their dignity and self-esteem through engagement, positive relationships, and respecting individuality.
