An established industry player is seeking a Lifestyle Co-ordinator to enhance the lives of residents through meaningful activities. This role involves planning and delivering engaging programs while guiding staff to foster positive relationships. Hourly rate: £11.58 per hour
Hours per week: 10 hours, shift time 11:00am-16:00pm, alternative weekends
Join our team as a Lifestyle Co-ordinator in our wonderful home. Your main role will be to plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities for residents, guiding and coaching staff to ensure every day is filled with meaningful moments. You will help residents live well and enjoy life, enhancing their dignity and self-esteem through engagement and positive relationships.

Applicants should have a positive, forward-thinking approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enthuse and guide others.
