We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Twickenham. He is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide his care whilst living and working from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a positive difference to somebody else’s life and enable our client to achieve his goals and aspirations.

Start Date: End of January 2025

Location: Twickenham (TW1)

Hours: 7 days on / 7 days off with on-call hours (hours to be discussed during the interview)

Pay rate: £170 per shift

Full Driving Licence is Required, as you will be driving the client’s adapted vehicle. (Must be at least 25 Years Old for insurance purposes)

About Our Client:

Our client has recently graduated in Business Management with Economics and is now working part-time from home in a Digital Marketing role. He is a big fan of Wheelchair Rugby and trains several times a week, as well as matches on weekends. He enjoys socializing with friends, going into London, watching football, and listening to music from all genres.

Our client has a condition called Hurlers Syndrome, which affects the lower part of his body, causing weakness in his legs; therefore, he is a full-time manual wheelchair user. With good upper body strength, our client is able to self-propel, which enables him to maintain his independence.

As written by him …

“I’m looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to help me with care needs, whilst living and working from home. My interests are mostly sport-related. I love watching football (Liverpool FC!), I play wheelchair rugby, basketball, and train at the gym up to 3 times a week. I also enjoy socializing at the pub and fancy watching a few games at the local football stadium. I’m also a keen gamer and play PS5 regularly. I have quite a dry sense of humour and want someone who can give a bit of banter too.”

Due to the nature of the role, applicants need to live locally.
