Your role involves planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme that encourages participation in diverse activities. This program, part of our group-wide 'More...' initiative, focuses on meeting individual interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying physical and mental abilities.

About You

We provide comprehensive training, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, possessing excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We support career progression, potentially towards Nurse Associate roles. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, including weekends, across a 7-day period.
