Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to enrich residents' daily lives at Castlecroft Residential Care Home.

You will design and deliver experiences, get to know residents individually, and work with the team to create a warm, inclusive environment that supports dignity and hope for older people.

Your role

• Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles
• Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life
• Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
• Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging
