Job description

GLL is looking for a Lifeguard to work at Southgate Leisure Centre in Enfield. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. This is more than a Lifeguard job, it's a career.

What you need:

1. A real focus on customer service.
2. Passion and personality.
3. Knowledge of health and safety.
4. Be a great team player.
5. Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records, or training can be provided upon passing a swim test.

What you’ll do:

1. Experience regular pool rotations.
2. Supervise and clean the pool area.
3. Set up equipment.
4. Deal with customer queries.
5. Support your team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities, and assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
