Job summary

Butlin's is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to support guests across resort teams, with a focus on pool safety and customer service. You'll work across different shifts, including pool lifeguard duties, and may receive training towards an NPLQ lifeguard qualification.

As part of the Team Member Plus program, you will alternate between cleaning accommodation and lifeguard shifts. No two days are the same, and you'll engage with guests and fellow team members to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool and slide safety for guests.
• Lead and support poolside activities and events.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of accommodation when assigned.
• Support training and completion of the NPLQ course if required.
