Job summary

Everybody Health & Leisure is seeking a part-time Lifeguard (Qualified) at Crewe Lifestyle Centre. Join a team focused on safety, customer care, and engaging pool activities, with shifts in early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Applicants must hold NPLQ and be prepared for a DBS check as part of the process. The role offers 20 hours per week at £13 per hour, with a pro rata annual salary around £13,520 and opportunities for progression within the organisation.

We're looking for Pool Lifeguards who take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for every visitor. Whether it's lane swimming, family sessions, pool parties, or lessons, you'll help ensure that everyone has a positive experience at their local leisure centre. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing a career in the leisure industry. You'll play an important role in supporting people of all ages to lead healthier, more active lives, while gaining valuable skills and experience. Salary: £25,087.76 pro rata (£13.00 hourly)

Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Location: Crewe Lifestyle Centre

Hours: 20 (weekly)

Typical Shifts Include: Early morning, afternoons, and evenings

Competency Assessment Date: TBC

Part of the interview process will include a competency assessment - this must be attended and passed to progress to interview.
