• You must possess a valid RLSS NPLQ and have experience of working in a leisure facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and a ‘can do’ attitude in swimming pools and activity areas, prioritising facility presentation.
• Ensure that activity areas and changeovers are achieved in a professional and timely manner.
• Familiarise yourself with facility programmes to support safe, enjoyable visits for customers.
