Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards to ensure pool safety and deliver great customer service at one of its facilities. Training is provided for the recognised NPLQ lifeguarding qualification, with DBS checks conducted as part of the onboarding process.

You will join a team focused on health, wellbeing, and inclusive leisure for all community members, across our 130+ sites in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent required.
• Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and flexible; supportive across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard supervision for pool users.
• Maintain safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Support training and development activities related to lifeguarding.
