Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking lifeguards to supervise pool and poolside activities, ensuring member safety and well-being. The role is on-site and operates on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends, with a 37-hour week and a salary of £26,016–£26,847 per annum.

NPLQ holders receive priority for shortlisting, and the council may fund your NPLQ course to be completed within 3 months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to rota shifts, including evenings and weekends, to cover service hours.
