A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is beneficial, but if you're safety-conscious, a competent swimmer, and eager to develop valuable skills, we will support your qualification through ongoing training and development.

Starting as a Lifeguard can lead to various career paths, including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service. We offer ongoing training, competency assessments, first aid at work courses, swimming teacher qualifications, and apprenticeship routes.

Essential qualification: A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
