Job summary

Capita operates the Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh and is seeking a Leisure Attendant to support the Sports Centre Manager. The role includes lifeguarding, reception duties, membership admin, and first aid to ensure safe, welcoming, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• RLSS NPLQ qualification required.
• Experience in leisure industry preferred.
• Advanced DBS certificate is required as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sports Centre Manager in developing customer relationships and delivering quality customer experience.
• Ensure high standards of customer care and service delivery and handle complaints appropriately.
• Carry out lifeguarding duties in line with national standards during daily shifts.
• Attend required training to stay competent for the role.
• Work shifts including weekends and assist in centre management across shifts.
• Deliver gym inductions and fitness testing, advising customers and staff.
