Sefton Council is hiring a Leisure Attendant/Lifeguard to supervise the pool and adjacent areas, ensuring the safety of facility users and maintaining equipment. The role requires an up-to-date NPLQ qualification and a proactive approach to safety.

Evening and weekend work are essential, with additional duties including cleaning and maintenance. Training and progression within the leisure team are available for the right candidate.

Formación

• NPLQ qualification is an essential criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Flexibility towards working hours is important
• Experience in leisure facilities is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the pool and surrounding areas to ensure user safety
• Set up and maintain equipment
• Carry out cleaning and routine maintenance
• Work evenings and weekends as required
