We have an exciting opportunity as a Lifeguard at Places Leisure, working in a fun, lively environment with like-minded individuals. You will inspire others to work together and deliver their best.

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is beneficial, but if you're safety-conscious, a competent swimmer, and eager to gain valuable skills, we will support you in achieving this through our continuous learning and development programs.

Starting as a Lifeguard can lead to various career routes including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service. We offer ongoing training, competency assessments, first aid at work training, swimming teacher qualifications, and apprenticeship routes.

Essential requirement: A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

  • You will supervise our customers and fellow lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
  • You will act safely, ensuring the health and safety of all pool users and overseeing building operations.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure customer safety.

  • You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
