Job Description:

The Marina Centre offers a variety of activities for residents and visitors, including a leisure pool with slides, splash zone, clip and climb, fitness suite, exercise studios, and sports hall. It also features a café overlooking the beach, serving as a community focal point.

If you enjoy talking to people, this role might be for you. We understand that engaging with customers and colleagues can be challenging and may require experience. We provide all necessary training to succeed as a Lifeguard. We also value diverse employment backgrounds, including those seeking their first job, and offer support accordingly.

As a Lifeguard, you will ensure high standards of service by maintaining friendly, clean, and safe facilities.

You need to be a competent swimmer; additional coaching is available if needed. Opportunities for further training and career progression are supported, but we also respect those who prefer to be in their current role.
