Job summary

Active Hartlepool is recruiting a Leisure Attendant to support the new Highlight Active Wellbeing Hub. You will be a friendly, proactive advocate for physical activity, helping customers stay active and safe in a lively leisure environment.

Responsibilities include lifeguard duties and engaging with children and young people to boost activity levels, while delivering high-quality, customer-focused service across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RLSS National Lifeguard qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to promote the Active Hartlepool service to the community.

Responsibilities

• Support the full remit of the venue, including lifeguard duties.
• Encourage children and young people to be more active.
• Provide a safe, efficient and enjoyable service to customers.
