David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to help ensure pool safety and deliver a positive member experience across our premium health and wellness environment.

You will monitor pool areas, perform tests in line with guidelines, maintain records, and work as part of a team committed to safety, fitness, and member satisfaction. The role offers opportunities for personal development and a range of member benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification (lifeguard).
• Passion for health and fitness with a proactive approach.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and monitor pool areas at all times.
• Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and records accurately.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience. You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
