Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, including earlies and lates

Salary: £29,390 per annum + Excellent benefits

Note: To be considered for this role, you must be registered to work in Jersey.

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us as full-time Lifeguards. Even if you do not hold your qualification yet, please apply as we offer fully funded Lifeguard courses throughout the year.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of pool users and that they have access to enjoy their visit.
• Providing excellent customer care to people of all ages.
• Supervising activities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area.
• Handling and setting up pool equipment safely.
• Assisting in saving lives when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Safety-conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurized situations.
• Strong swimming skills and a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
