Job summary

A prominent educational institution in Repton is seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join its Sports Centre team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and wellbeing of all users, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Working hours are flexible, possibly including mornings, evenings, and weekends. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, supporting everyday operations across two schools, Repton Senior and Repton Prep.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lifeguard (NPLQ) required.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Job description

Location: Repton School – across both Repton Senior and Repton Prep

Responsible to: Sports Centre Manager

Salary: Hourly rate dependent on age

Qualification Required: NPLQ

Appointment will be on a casual or contracted basis, depending on the needs of the School and the availability of the successful candidate. This will be discussed at interview.

Working hours may vary and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
