Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a proactive Lifeguard to ensure pool safety and a high standard of member experience. You will conduct pool tests, monitor compliance with H&S guidelines and keep documentation up to date.

The role emphasizes teamwork, passion for health and fitness, and readiness to share best practices with colleagues as part of our friendly club environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool areas are compliant with health and safety requirements and conduct pool tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
• Oversee poolside safety and assist members to have a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times ."
