Job summary

Leisure Solutions CommunityTrust seeks Lifeguards for Warsop Health Hub, NG20 0BN. This permanent full-time position covers 37 hours weekly across varying shifts. You will monitor pool safety, supervise activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Required is the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a commitment to helping others. Training and development opportunities, plus leisure benefits, are offered.

What you'll need to do the role

You’ll need to have excellentcustomer serviceskills as you’ll be interacting heavily with our customers. So, whether you’ve earned that experience in aleisureor another customer facing environment, you’ll be a people person who is happy dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds.

You will be providingcustomer careto people of all ages, supervising activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the pool area, and ensuring the safe handling and set up of pool equipment. And of course, when needed - you’ll help to save lives.

As a lifeguard you’ll naturally need to be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to deal with pressurised situations. Lastly, you will need to have strongswimmingskillsand it’s essential that you hold aNational Pool Lifeguard Qualification(Royal Life Saving Society).

Due to this being a full time role, you will need to be over 18 to be considered.
