Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and assist members in enjoying a great experience. The role requires vigilance to Health and Safety, regular pool testing, and meticulous record-keeping, ensuring all procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate holds an NPLQ qualification, is passionate about health and fitness, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests according to company guidelines and maintain documentation.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .""
