Job summary

East Riding of Leisure Hornsea is seeking motivated lifeguards to supervise the pool, ensuring a safe and friendly environment and responding to emergencies in line with procedures. You will help maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the site, and assist with setting up and dismantling sports equipment in various areas.

The role requires NPLQ, excellent customer service and teamwork, reliability, enthusiasm, commitment to safety, and flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and observe the pool, ensuring a safe, friendly environment and respond effectively to emergencies while following operating procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery, actively involved in health and safety and cleanliness throughout the site.
• Support the set up and dismantling of sports equipment in various areas.

The main role will be supervising and observing the pool whilst ensuring a safe and friendly environment and responding effectively to emergencies whilst following operating procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery whilst being actively involved in health and safety and high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site. You will also be required to support the set up and dismantling of sports equipment in various areas. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our lifeguard team here at East Riding Leisure Hornsea.,
