Job summary

Queenswood is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Lifeguard/Leisure Assistant to join our team, with sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 15:45 to 18:45 and Saturday mornings, starting immediately for the 26/27 academic year.

Applicants must hold RLSS NPLQ or STA Pool Lifeguard Qualification, be available during term times and some holidays. The role involves supervising pool and leisure facilities and ensuring pupil safety during school activities.

Qualifications

• All lifeguards must hold RLSS NPLQ or STA Lifeguard qualification.
• Available to work during term times and some holidays as needed.
• Part-time position with immediate start for the 26/27 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and leisure facilities to ensure pupil safety.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Support school activities and events during assigned shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
